The 4 wheeled first class G.E.R coach was built in 1878. As can be seen there is still work to be done including padding on the doors, fitting of light covers, completion of the closest compartment and i assume lining and numbers applied on the exterior.

I was pleased to see Saddle tank
I was pleased to see Saddle tank "Jeffrey" inside, due to the amount it will cost to restore this locomotive to working order, the overhaul is on a low priority. Until then she will be receiving a cosmetic overhaul.
Restored for viewing purposes only, an LNER teak second Class open. The inside is stripped so i would have thought thats the reason for no windows! This is one of only two GER bogied coaches preserved, the other being at the North Norfolk Railway.
